Get It Poppin supporters travel all over the map. With that in mind, our Spring 2017 line brought up a pressing question: Where will GIP take you? Last month, GIP led the founders into the deep woods of Central Wisconsin. We traversed rarely explored landscapes – frozen lakes, snowy farm fields, dense forests, and iced over swamps (prime for pond hockey). Cold weather and a biting wind made for painful photoshoots. Against these odds, and with noses red like Rudolph’s, we still had fun through it all.
The five-hour drive wouldn’t stop our expedition. After one day in the icy wilderness, the GIP squad came home with great footage and fantastic memories. The journey put the new GIP gear to the test and highlighted some of the principles that GIP preaches: follow your heart, do what excites you, and enjoy the little things through all your journeys.
This line survived the elements and looks fresher than ever. Rarely does fashion meet function like the Get It Poppin Spring Lines does. The new GIP windbreaker shielded us from freezing gusts as we dashed on snowmobiles. We looked great, and with the convenient front pocket we even had enough room to keep snacks for the always hungry Tarek Afifi.
This is what all business trips should look like. To make sure the new gear met our strict standards, we climbed trees, shot arrows, chopped wood, roasted salami on a camp fire and were not disappointed by top of the line Get It Poppin apparel. The crisp white “Hunnid” hat, kept us warm in the falling snow, and the Mountain Patch Sweatshirt was a warm reminder that Get It Poppin can help us reach our personal summits, even in the flat Midwest.
Now, a mere week after the GIP Spring Line dropped, sales have exploded, raving compliments keep coming in, and GIP keeps taking people to new places. Whether your aspirations are snowy, sunny, elevated or underground, Get It Poppin can help you get there.
